Fathers Incorporated
Fathers Incorporated (FI) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization changing how society understands and supports fatherhood. Since 2004, FI has led the national conversation on responsible fatherhood, working with leaders in the White House, Congress, and the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services to ensure every father has a voice and a place in the family narrative.
Their mission is clear: to make fathers visible, valued, and vital in every family.
How Fathers Incorporated supports dads:
Financial Stability and Employment: Programs and advocacy that help fathers find steady work, build economic confidence, and create stability for their families.
Legal and Policy Advocacy: Collaboration with policymakers and family law leaders to advance legislation that protects and promotes father involvement, regardless of marital or financial status.
Community Empowerment: Initiatives in co-parenting, early childhood development, and social-emotional health that help fathers show up and stay engaged.
Fathers Incorporated drives impact through action. From reentry support for formerly incarcerated dads to educational programs that reshape public perception, FI continues to push for systems that recognize the essential role fathers play in raising strong, resilient children.
At DWALY, we proudly feature Fathers Incorporated in the Fatherhood Impact Library because their work reflects our core belief: when fathers are supported, families grow stronger, and entire communities thrive.
